The official release date of the Audi A3 Cabriolet is still five months away, yet the company already announces the pricing details. The on-the-road price starts at £25,790 and up to £32,420. Consumers can have multiple engine options, 1.4-litre TSI petrol engine at 138bhp, 1.8-litre TSI petrol engine at 178bhp and 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine at 148bhp. Audi will eventually add three more engine options for the Audi A3 Cabriolet.
There are three trim lines, SE, Sport and S Line. The SE is a standard model with base configuration; MMI radio with powered folding screen, air conditioning, 16-inch alloy wheels, rain/light sensor, navigation system with SD Card, Bluetooth interface, DAB digital radio, iPod integration and full automatic soft-top.
The S Line and Sport trims include a number of enhancements, including upgraded acoustic hood. Thanks to the sports suspension, these models also sit about 15mm lower on their alloy wheels. However, at no extra cost; users can opt for standard suspension settings used on the SE to gain more comfort. Again at no cost, S Line owners can opt for even lower settings, at 25mm and firmer suspension.
